Saba Qamar Zaman (Urdu: صبا قمر زمان; born 5 April 1984) is a highly acclaimed Pakistani actress, recognized for her exceptional work in Urdu films and television. She has garnered numerous prestigious awards, including the Lux Style Awards and Hum Awards, and stands as one of Pakistan's most renowned and highest-paid actresses. Her contributions to the entertainment industry have been recognized by the Government of Pakistan, with honors such as the Tamgha-e-Imtiaz in 2012 and the Pride of Performance in 2016.

Qamar initially gained widespread recognition for her portrayal of Fatima Jinnah in the historical drama "Jinnah Ke Naam" (2009).  Saba Qamar Zaman was born into a Sindhi Syed family on 5 April 1984, in Hyderabad, Sindh, Pakistan. She has five siblings, including three elder siblings and one younger brother who passed away on 15 November 2022. She also has one elder sister. Tragically, she lost her father at a young age and spent a significant portion of her childhood in Gujranwala, where she lived with her grandmother. She received her early education in Gujranwala and later relocated to Lahore to pursue further studies. Her family is now settled in Karachi.
